The kids had a free day today, so Manang Karen, Ria, Jai, Mama, and I went to the San Juan Bautista mission. It was really pretty but the museum was rather small and under renovation :( An interesting thing about the church... there were animal prints everywhere! When the tiles were laid down and left to set, animals came and walked all over the place. So there were centuries old paw prints! :D

Then it was lunch at Gilroy, and a little bit of shopping. I got my pink sneakers. Hehe. I compromised and didn't get the hot pink ones or the baby pink ones... I got a color closer to my age... I got dusky rose pink ones instead. Hehe :)

It's been a happy day :P
