After six looooong months, I finally made it back home to Antioch :) There's nothing quite like spending Friday evening with faith family (and hearing mass and having dinner with the girls at McDo before the meeting). We were quite a lot at the meeting -- I counted 34, including those who left early :) Quite an improvement from the days when there'd be less than 10 of us. So glad God is making Antioch grow :)

"Sigh..." I miss my antioch days. Those were the times when I can go to communities in Cavite and just attend their meetings, sleepover, and feel absolutely welcome. Those were the days.

Aren't the Antioch communities in Cavite still active though? Would love to have another reunion with them... :)

Antioch's the best :D Which is why, seven years later, I still find myself calling it home :)

and after listeneing to many team leaders thoughts on the first meeting talk after the weekend, i dont think i'll get tired of hearing the line- two men looked through prison bars, one saw mud and the other saw stars... and then having to stop and reflect on that and the thoughts will always change depending on what has happened in the past half year. (parang i think that was bad sentence construction but i think you get what i mean)

what always amazes me about the first meeting is meeting the new Antiochers. Every time you think you've lost that Antioch high, God sends you more people in love with Antioch. And then you get that high all over again... :)
